How long does a repair round take?
As an indication: three to five working days per batch, phased delivery is possible. After the intake you receive a planning.
Can I get the repaired devices back?
Yes. You choose per batch: back to your organisation, or on to remarketing where the proceeds are paid out or offset.
Is the data erased before repair?
Yes. Every device is first erased according to NIST SP 800-88 with a certificate, only then repaired and tested.
