Small device, firmly bonded parts
A tablet has a glued housing, a glued screen and a glued battery, and the storage is almost always soldered to the motherboard. Because the storage cannot be removed separately, we erase it in software or destroy the board if erasure is not possible. Every device is first registered, after which we dismantle it and separate it by material.

What happens to each part
Per assignment we report the weight per stream and its destination. On the left the streams from the tablet itself, on the right the battery, the storage and the residual streams. The percentages are example values, RQNX confirms the actual split.

The storage is fixed to the motherboard, how is it erased?
In software, per device. If that is not possible, we destroy the motherboard. Both are recorded by serial number.
Can a glued battery be removed safely?
Yes, this is done carefully and separately from the rest of the dismantling, after which the battery is processed chemically.
What figures do I get for my CSRD reporting?
Per assignment: weight per material stream, destination and processor, share reused and the number of devices by serial number.
