What is my laptop still worth?
We value that in advance, free of charge, based on brand, model, CPU generation, RAM, SSD size and screen condition. Age and market demand determine the final price.
What happens to the SSD?
Every SSD is erased or destroyed according to NIST SP 800-88, with a certificate per serial number, before the laptop is resold.
Does a damaged screen or a used battery count in the valuation?
Yes, we factor that into the grading (A, B or C). A laptop with visible damage or a worn battery receives a lower valuation, but is still included in the batch.
Is there a minimum quantity?
As an indication we apply ten units per batch (example value). Smaller quantities are possible in consultation.
