You know exactly how your own laptops have been used and managed. After an intake by serial number we repair what can be repaired: battery, screen, keyboard, hinge, SSD and RAM. What can no longer be repaired economically goes to recycling. Refurbished laptops are ready for new employees, temporary staff or as a backup.

How long does a repair round take?
As an indication: three to five working days per batch, phased delivery is possible. After the intake you receive a planning.
Can I get the repaired laptops back?
Yes. You choose per batch: back to your organisation, or on to remarketing where the proceeds are paid out or offset.
Is the data erased before repair?
Yes. Every storage medium is first erased according to NIST SP 800-88 with a certificate, only then repaired and tested.
